Every client company's documents, filings and compliance, in one place.

What's inside
  • New company in minutes. Type the CIN. Name, PAN and directors fill in from the MCA portal. Certificates come from DigiLocker, with the client's consent.
  • Bring existing clients. Move years of files from Google Drive, SharePoint or your laptop. Each file is sorted for you.
  • Never miss a date. A live score per client. AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC and DSC expiries flagged early.
  • Share safely. Founders, CAs and auditors see only their folders. Every action is logged.

Your role. You are the vault keeper. Clients, CAs and auditors see only their part.
