Soult now sends a gentle nudge before documents and policies lapse — so a renewal never quietly slips past you.
Leave a message for someone you love
Record a note for one specific person. It waits safely in your vault and reaches them through the Emergency Binder — in your words.
Anyone can be your emergency contact
Emergency access is no longer limited to a spouse — choose any trusted loved one to reach your vault when it truly matters.
Start now, finish later
Skip any setup step and pick it up from your dashboard whenever you're ready — no need to do it all in one sitting.
Unlock with your face or fingerprint
Open your vault with biometrics instead of typing your MPIN every time. Opt in when you set up, or later from Profile — your MPIN always still works.
Warranty cards, kept with everything else
Store warranty cards and invoices for the things you own, with serial numbers and expiry dates — and a reminder before cover runs out.
No second login for your plan
Tap your plan in the app and the browser opens already signed in. Manage your subscription, payments and invoices without entering anything again.
A clearer profile and dashboard
Profile is reorganised so settings, plan and payments sit where you would expect, and My Plan now shows exactly what every tier includes.
Passwords only you can read
Turn on Advanced in the Password Keeper: the passwords for your bank and email logins are locked on your phone with a vault password we never receive.

Your security
Two levels of protection
Every vault is encrypted server-side. For your most sensitive passwords, you can go further and hold the only key yourself — so not even we can read them.
Everything in your vault, encrypted with AES-256 and protected by strict access controls — Soult personnel do not have routine access. Recoverable by design, so your family can be given access when it matters.
Your most sensitive passwords, encrypted on your device with a key only you hold. We cannot decrypt them — sole custody, with the honest trade-off that they're irrecoverable if you lose your key.
